| Bourton on the Water |
This was my first ever visit to Bourton on the Water in the Cotswolds, and what a picturesque place it is. The low bridges cross the River Windrush, and there are numerous shops, cafes and pubs to cater for us tourists. The biggest challenge we had was avoiding other dogs, which we managed to do, and Prince was a very good boy indeed. Having started the journey going through Burford we went to Bourton on the Water, then up through Stow on the Wold, Moreton-in-Marsh, Chipping Norton, Hook Norton, and finally back through Woodstock to Eynsham Hall. The Indian summer showed off the wonderful countryside at its best.
