| Headstone back in place |
Here is the headstone back in place on my Mum and dad's grave at Littlewick Green, and it looks lovely. It was removed after Mum passed away 11 months ago for the funeral, and has had the added inscription about her as well as waiting for the ground to settle before being put back in place over the last couple of days. I've always found the churchyard a comforting and peaceful place, as well as that close connection with the parents. I can now top dress the grave, and get it back to looking its best again. I do know that Mum would be very happy that the geraniums are doing well, and not being totally decimated by the wild life, which was always a source of frustration for her 😊
