| Medmenham Camp |
There is some history literally on my doorstep at work with Medmenham Camp, an iron age hillfort. It dates back to 2,700 years or possibly much older. Of course it looks like any woodland scene, but when you walk round and read the literature at the sight, it is quite fascinating and makes me wonder what life would have been like so very long ago. I took the photo at the northern end of the fort.
